Should you need to cancel your registration, you may reassign your ticket to another person. Please notify the in writing Anna Mills, Conference Innovators, annam@conference.nz. If you are unable to arrange a replacement, a full refund less an administration charge of $75 will be made providing notification is received by 1 November 2020. After this date, refunds will be at the discretion of the organisers. If, for reasons beyond the control of the organisers, the Women in Dentistry event is cancelled, then the ticket fee will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred.

Women in Dentistry and Conference Innovators reserve the right to deny entry and/or terminate the registration of any person who demonstrates behaviour that is deemed to be inappropriate and/or a risk to others.

Registrations received by Conference Innovators will not be considered as confirmed unless payment has been received and processed. Non-payment or non-attendance will be taken as a cancellation on the day of the Women in Dentistry and will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. Participants are advised to take out personal insurance, including cover for travel, accommodation and personal possessions. Neither the Women in Dentistry nor Conference Innovators covers individuals against the cancellations of bookings for any reason including cancellation or postponement of the Women in Dentistry or for theft or damage to belongings.

Nor will the Women in Dentistry and Conference Innovators take responsibility for injury or damage to persons or property occurring during the Women in Dentistry 2020 or associated activities.
